I tried playing with the YouTube shorts Beta… they let you use songs, but then you can’t monetize them… not sure I would ever make much off a shorts anyways, but still. At least Adobe Rush gave unrestricted use of the music they provided even though it wouldn’t open on my phone this morning. 🙂
