What happens when teachers stop lecturing and start allowing students to take the lead? I’m still trying to figure that out, but it’s only possible with a classroom format like the flipped classroom. Here is an example of what can be done when lecture is replaced by student self-discovery. It’s messy, slow, and inefficient, but it just might be the stickiest way to learn.
